Mojito (Engl)
Champagne Cocktail (Engl)
Ingredients:
2 ounces José Cuervo Platino tequila
1 ounce Ramazzotti Amaro liqueur
Splash, Veuve Clicquot Rosé Champagne
½ ounce simple syrup
¾ ounce lemon juice
2 slices of strawberries and ½ a strawberry for garnish
Preparation
Muddle the strawberries with the simple syrup in a mixing glass.
Combine all remaining ingredients except the Champagne into the mixing glass.
Shake and strain into a Champagne flute.
Add the splash of Champagne.
Garnish with the whole strawberry.
