Semifreddo al Torrone (Engl)


 Ingredients:

Serve 4:

4 eggs, 400ml of cream, 100g sugar, 150g torrone, salt, 1 teaspoon of coffee powder

Chocolate Sauce:

Heat dark chocolate with milk in bain-marie, until completely melted. Sprinkle with orange powder and fresh strawberries.
