Paua are large edible sea shells. The Paua is iconic in New Zealand: its black muscular foot is considered a delicacy, and the shell is frequently used in jewelry.
Kumara are sweet potatoes. New Zealand Kumara are available in red, gold or orange varieties, each with a deliciously different colour and taste.
